Since 1994, Shalom Hill Farm has served as a nonprofit retreat center for both religious and community groups. The founders, Mark and Margaret Yackel-Juleen held a dream to

reflection, and visioning for the wholeness and betterment of their communities.

The Yackel-Juleens also opened the doors of their retreat center to a broad range of groups that serve the communities of SW Minnesota. Community groups included civic, art &
