Jackson County Central enjoyed plenty of success at the 2025 Minnesota FFA State Convention and we were able to hear about it from several members! 

 

McKade Tewes earned the State Star Farmer award, his State FFA Degree, scored the top Proficiency Award in Beef Production - Entrepreneur, and helped the Livestock Evaluation team earn third place and Gold status with his own Gold and sixth-place individual performance: McKade Tewes 2025 State FFA 

Samantha Henning is part of the state champion Farm Management team with the seventh-best individual performance there, a Star Finalist for Production Placement, and one of five State Degree recipients: Sam Henning 2025 State FFA 

Kylie Zishka took second in the Proficiency Awards with her Food Service - Placement entry and scored Gold status individually along with the fifth-place Meats Evaluation team: Kylie Zishka 2025 JCC State FFA 

Landon Carter was the second-best individual and Gold performer for the Farm Management state champions: Landon Carter 2025 JCC State FFA 

Rylee Benda was the ninth-best individual and Gold performer for the Farm Management state champions: Rylee Benda 2025 JCC State FFA 

Kayleigh Nosbusch earned her State FFA Degree and helped the Gold team in Horse Evaluation to 13th place with her Silver individual performance: Kayleigh Nosbusch 2025 JCC State FFA 

Lily Johnson earned her State FFA Degree and led the Gold team in Floriculture to 8th place with her 13th-place Gold performance as an individual: Lily Johnson 2025 JCC State FFA
