Superior Man Injured When Wind Blows Semi He Was Driving Off The Road

(Minneota, Mn.)– A northwest Iowa man was injured Thursday evening when severe weather blew a semi he was driving off a road in southwest Minnesota. The Minnesota State Patrol says 59-year-old Daniel Clinton of Superior was driving a 2006 Peterbilt westbound about three miles east of Minneota, Minnesota when strong wind blew the rig off the road and into the north ditch where it rolled. Clinton was taken to a hospital in Marshall with what was described as non-life threatening injuries. The incident took place a little after 7:30 pm.
