(Minneapolis, MN) -- Officials say there were more than 560 crashes on Minnesota highways on Monday due to icy road conditions. The State Patrol reported 566 accidents between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., as well as over 170 spin-outs and five jackknifed semi-trucks. At least two people died and 40 were injured. However, those numbers don't account for city and county roads.
