A lakes area marina is once again doing its part to help less fortunate children in Dickinson county have a merry Christmas. Parks Marina is again teaming up with Upper Des Moines Opportunity for its annual “Boatload of Toys”, going on now through December 14th.

Community members are urged to bring new, unwrapped toys to Parks Marina, Okoboji Boat Works or Palm at the Park in the Central Emporium. All of the toys will be distributed through UDMO to families in need over the holidays.

Those who bring in donations by the deadline will receive a 20% off shopping spree at Parks Marina for water accessories, Barefoot apparel and for shopping at Palm at the Park.
