On Wednesday March 5th a man was arrested after his vehicle went into the ditch on highway 60 near Heron Lake. The MN State Patrol called in a Jackson County Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) deputy to conduct an evaluation on the motorist. After further investigation Kristoffer Johnson of Sioux Falls was arrested for DUI-controlled substance.
