The Jackson County Sherriff’s department responded to a call for a welfare check at a residence in Jackson on Tuesday morning. After further investigation, 43-year-old Arron James Boje Hecker from Jackson was arrested on a Freeborn County warrant for felony-receiving stolen property, misdemeanor DUI, and he was also charged locally with Predatory Offender. Hecker is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
