(Jackson)- Jackson County Central Superintendent Barry Schmidt is now one of three finalists for a job as superintendent at New Ulm Public Schools.

Schmidt is joined by Randall Bergquist of Osakis, MN, and Sean Koster of Beacon Academy. All three of the finalists will be engaging in another round of interviews in around 10 days, March 20^th. Should Schmidt be tapped for the role, his four year tenure at JCC would end, leading Jackson County Central to start their own search for a superintendent. Time will tell whether he gets the job or not.
