“So if you have some homemade salsa that you'd like to compare with someone else's in Jackson County please bring it down to the Jackson Center for the Arts this morning or call the JCA so we can get you registered to be in the salsa competition.”

The night doubles as a Hispanic heritage celebration, with a nine piece Latin American band from Minneapolis serving as the entertainment for the night, with pork carnitas tacos also served during the event. The salsa competition begins at 5:29 pm, so be sure to get there a bit early to check out the wares at the Farmers and Makers Market in Ashley Park tonight.
