Dedication of the First of Four Interactive Murals in Jackson
Wed 6-9-2021
(Jackson, MN) The Jackson Center for the Arts in collaboration with several Jackson area organizations officially dedicated the first of four Interactive Art Murals here in Jackson earlier this week. The three panel mural is located on the north side of the Jackson Library at the corner of Highway 71 and Ashley Street in Downtown Jackson. The mural was designed by Jackson County Central Art Teacher Blaise Jacobson and was painted by community members in a Paint by Numbers style at the Jackson Center for the Arts. The friends of the library donated the bench that is located at the site. When you come and take a picture make sure you use the #pictureyourselfinjackson when posting to your social media.
