(Lakefield)- Lakefield residents should be advised that hydrants will be flushed on September 18^th and continue for several weeks until the process is complete. Due to that, some residents might experience discolored water during the process.

The city says that the best way to clear out that water is by running cold water or an outside spigot for a few minutes, and that should fix any discoloring issues in the water.
