Mountain Lake Area-Comfrey lost in the Class A State Tournament consolation semifinals at Concordia University on Friday. 

The Wolverines fell 83-65 against the Russell-Tyler-Ruthon Knights. Carter Olson set the new all-time Comfrey High School scoring record on Friday. The #4 seed Wolverines lost to #5 Nevis 78-54 on Thursday at Target Center during the program's first trip to State since 2013.
