PERHAM - Alyssa Williamson of Martin County West has been named as an honorable mention selection on the Class 2A all-state team by the Minnesota Girls Basketball Coaces Association. She was a senior guard for the Mavericks.

Williamson was also an honorable mention choice last season.

Blue Earth Area's Caitlin Rorman was also an honorable mention choice in Class 2A.

Among the honorable mention choices in Class 1A were Jazlynn Prins and Hannah Nerem of Southwest Minnesota Christian, Sidney Fick of Hills-Beaver Creek and Erika Bute of Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons.

Two Big South Conference players were named all-state in Class 3A, Joey Batt of New Ulm and Madison Gehloff of Waseca.
