Mohr Leads Huskies With All-Conference Performance

Rachel Mohr earned All-Conference honors to lead the Jackson County Central girls golf team during the Big South Conference Championship at Dacotah Ridge Golf Club in Morton on Monday.
Mohr posted a score of 103 to tie for 12th place as the top JCC performer in a sixth-place team finish.
Ramsey Johnson shot 108 in 22nd place, Kendal Krumwiede shot 109 as part of a six-way tie for 23rd place, Lily Brinkman shot 114 in a three-way tie for 38th place Payton Coquyt shot 125 for 57th place, and Taylor Schultz took 73rd place with a score of 149.
The JCC girls collected a team score of 434 behind Big South champion Marshall with 397, Fairmont with 400, Blue Earth Area with 404, Worthington with 413, and Waseca with 423. JCC finished ahead of New Ulm with 439, Luverne with 449, Tri-City United with 454, St. Peter with 458, Redwood Valley with 486, and Belle Plain with 501. Pipestone Area and Windom Area were incomplete.
The JCC girls host Blue Earth Area on Thursday.
