The Mavericks started things out with a 25 to 18 win in set one but then the Rebels woke up and won a back n forth set two 25 to 22. The 3rd set was much the same with the Rebels and Mavericks going back and forth and the Rebels again winning 25 to 22. Then things seemed to kind of fall apart for the Mavericks as they lost the 4th game 25 to 11. That match will take place in St. Peter on Thursday and will be the second match of the evening. #2 ranked Sleepy Eye defeated Springfield 3 games to 0 last night.
