The JCC girls track team placed 10th overall at the State True Team meet this past Saturday. 379.5 was the Huskies final point total. Luverne scored 551 which was good for first place. Grand Meadow/Leroy-Ostrander/Kingsland/Southland placed 2nd with 510.

Peyton Hanson placed 2nd in the Pole Vault, Rylie Cother ran a time of 16.61 which was good for third in 100-meter hurdles. Cother also placed 5th in the long jump and 7th in the high jump. Elsa Landherr ran the 400 and finished fourth. She also placed 6th in the triple jump.  Hanson also ran the 300-meter hurdles and placed 6th. The 4x200 meter relay team finished second. That team consists of Daysia Tomlin, Kendra Haar, Natalia Botello-Ramos and Landherr. Full results from the meet will be posted on our website under the sports tab. 

The boys and girls track teams are all back in action on Thursday for the Sub-Section meet at Maple River.
