AMES - Iowa Lakes Community College finished sixth at the Region XI men's golf tournament at Veenker Memorial Golf Course.

The Lakers finished with a 36-hole total of 649. Kirkwood won it with 603.

Cameron Maxwell was low for Iowa Lakes, tying for 13th place with a 157.

Also for ILCC, Trace Jacobson was 21st (162), Carlton Rahn 23rd (164), Morgan Edwards tied for 26th (166) and Aaron James tied for 35th (172).
