It's the third straight win for the Jackson County Central, which is now 4-3 after a 1-3 start.

That was the only game in Section 3AAA Tuesday. Fairmont advanced when Tri-City United was unable to play due to Covid-19 concerns.

JCC is now scheduled to play at second-seeded Sibley East in the semifinals Saturday. Fairmont would travel to Luverne in the other semifinal.

That schedule is pending any announcement about the immediate future of high school sports in the state by Governor Tim Walz Wednesday night.
