Huskies Turn Away Cardinals For Third Straight Win

The Jackson County Central girls basketball team turned Redwood Valley away to win their third straight game 77-68 on Tuesday night at home.
RECAP:
JCC opened the game on a 12-0 run but RV rallied to make it 39-36 Huskies at halftime.
The Cardinals built their first lead early in the second half. JCC used points off turnovers and clutch free-throw shooting to build another double-digit lead and eventually put the game away.
Rylie Cother dropped 39 points to lead all scorers.
Zadi Farmer went a perfect 12-for-12 from the free-throw line and collected 20 points on the night.
Madelyn Rowe added 10 points to join them in double figures.
Paylin Sether scored six points and Payton Coquyt had two points.
Huskies head coach Rafe York says they knew the Cardinals would not go down without a fight.
