Huskies Take 4th at Twin Cities Challenge

The Jackson County Central volleyball team finished 4th place in the Silver Bracket at the Twin Cities Challenge over the weekend. 

JCC started the tournament by beating Mille Lacs 2-1 on Friday. The Huskies lost the first set 25-17 and then took the next two by scores of 25-18 and 15-9. 

JCC lost to Eastview in three sets on Friday as well. The Huskies lost the first set 25-15, won the second 25-22, and lost the third 15-12. 

JCC started the Silver Bracket on Saturday with a 2-0 win by scores of 25-18 and 25-23 over Bethlehem Academy. The Huskies lost to Holy Angels 2-0 by scores of 25-21 and 25-17. JCC lost to White Bear Lake 2-1 after taking set one 25-16 and then dropping the next two 25-20 and 15-13. 

The 9-12 Huskies are hosting Windom on Tuesday night with that match on KKOJ Radio and Explore Live Video. 

There will be a JCC Post Prom walking taco tailgate meal starting at 5:30 p.m. in the High School Commons.
