Jackson County Central is headed to the 35th Annual State Cheerleading Competition this weekend. 

The Huskies varsity roster features five All-State Sideline performers. Romi Rosenbrook and Izabella Grein are seniors headed to their final state meet. Baylee Pietrowski, Lizzy Rasmussen, and Meila Phaly are juniors this year. 

The Minnesota Cheerleading Coaches Association awards banquet gets things started on Friday. 

The first session on Saturday will feature Elementary, Middle School, JV and Recreational Teams. The Varsity Prelims are in the second session. The third session contains Game Day for Varsity and Non-Varsity. The Varsity Finals will be in the fourth and last session. 

The competition is happening at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St Paul.
