Huskies Bounce Back Against Knights

The Jackson County Central boys basketball team bounced back to win 71-55 at Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial on Monday night.
The seventh-ranked Huskies led 37-23 at halftime and stayed in control during the second half against the Knights.
Grant Freking led JCC with 25 points and co-led the team with nine rebounds. Weston Rowe added 20 points and five rebounds.
Thomas Sether had eight points and a team-high eight assists. Mason Foster also collected eight points. Aiven Farmer scored six points and co-led the Huskies with nine rebounds. Carson Pohlman and Carter Buhl each put in two points.
The 15-2 Huskies return home for a varsity doubleheader against Pipestone Area on Tuesday night.
