The Jackson County Central girls basketball team girls basketball team pulled away from Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial to win 76-51 at home on Monday night. 

Rylie Cother led the Huskies with 24 points in the season opener. Kylee Wenzel and Zadi Farmer each scored 16 points to join her in double figures. Brylee Anderson scored eight points and Madelyn Rowe had five points. Paylin Sether, Kinley VanDeVere and Josie Dvorak each scored two points with Hilary Stai adding one point.

The 1-0 Huskies visit Blue Earth Area on Tuesday, December 3.
