The Fairmont hockey teams got swept by Luverne on Tuesday night. 

The Fairmont boys lost 14-0 at home. The 5-8 Fairmont boys host New Ulm on Thursday night. 

The Fairmont girls lost 8-0 on the road. The teams were scoreless after the first period before Luverne scored four goals in the second and third. The 8-9-2 Fairmont girls have lost four straight games. They return home to take on Mankato West on Friday. 

The Windom Area boys hockey team lost to Marshall on the road. 

The Eagles took the 1-0 lead in the first period but the Tigers responded with three goals in the second and took the 3-1 victory. The 4-13 Eagles have lost seven straight games and Worthington is coming to town on Thursday.
