Brandon Williamson, a former Martin County West graduate, got the start on Sunday for the Chatanooga Lookouts against the Biloxi Shuckers. The Lookouts are the AA affiliate of the Cincinatti Reds. Williamson pitched five innings allowing five hits, two runs, two walks and had eight strikeouts in the outing. Julio Pinto (5-0) was credited with the win pitching an inning allowing one unearned run on a pair of hits and had two strikeouts. Williamson’s record since joining the Lookouts is 5-2. He has a 4.02 ERA in 62 2/3rds innings pitched. He has 68 strikeouts and 37 walks. The Lookouts lost last night to the Tennessee Smokies 5 to 3 and play again at 6:15 tonight vs Tennessee.
