The Martin County West golf teams got swept by Blue Earth Area at Minn-Iowa Golf Course in Elmore on Tuesday. 

BEA shot 165 and MCW shot 215 in the boys team scores. 

Kale Larson led the MCW boys with a score of 45 to finish fifth place. Knox Larson shot 49 to take seventh and Carson Scheff shot 59 for ninth place. Josh Roben shot 62 to finish 10th, Isaak Engstrom shot 64 to take 11th, and Malaki Runkle shot 68 for 12th place. 

BEA shot 201 and MCW shot 275 in the girls team scores. 

Brenna Heifner and Clare Paulson tied for seventh place after shooting 67. Aaliyah Bolstad shot 70 to finish ninth. Morgan McCorkell and Mya Smith shot 71 to take 10th place. Ariel Freeman shot 81 to finish 13th. 

The Mavericks are back in action at St James Country Club on Thursday.
