Jackson County Central approved the hiring of a new full-time Activities Director at Monday’s school board meeting. 

Brett Bartholomaus will begin serving in the role for the 2024-25 school year. Bartholomaus is currently the activities director at Red Rock Central. He is serving as the head wrestling coach and a junior high football coach there while also teaching grades 9 and 10 in Health and PE. 

The JCC school board also approved the 2024 Spring Coaches list as presented along with a donation of $7,708.22 from the JCC Baseball Association for a portable batting cage.
