Two injured in Jackson County accident
Slick roads contributed to a one vehicle accident that sent two people to the hospital Thursday night.
The Minnesota State Patrol reports that around 6:40pm, a 2005 Chevy Tahoe driven by 31 year-old Justine Deslauriers of Jackson, was southbound on Highway 86, just south of Highway 60, when it left the roadway and rolled in the ditch.
Deslauriers was taken to the Windom Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A minor passenger in the vehicle was also transported with non-life threatening injuries. Another minor passenger was not injured.
The Lakefield Police Department and Windom Ambulance assisted the state patrol at the scene.
