Spirit Lake woman arrested on credit card fraud
A Spirit Lake woman has been arrested on a Clay county warrant charging her with credit card fraud.
27-year-old Marra Glackin was arrested around 9:00 pm Tuesday by Spirit Lake police and was transported to Clay county where she was booked into jail on a $10,000 bond.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office says the arrest stems from an investigation into credit card fraud that had occurred over the past year. Glackin is accused of wracking up about $13,000 in unauthorized credit card transactions on the reporting victim's credit account by allegedly using the victim's credit card without his or her knowledge.
Credit card fraud is a class “C” felony.
