Second Parent-Community Academy coming to JCC MS
The second Parent Community Academy is coming next week at the Jackson County Central Middle School in Lakefield. MS Principal Chris Naumann has details…
“Yeah, we had a parent/community academy earlier in the fall, and we have our second one coming up here on January 14th and it’s for parents and community members who kinda want to know what’s going on in the Middle School. We have a variety of different presentations available for parents and community members to come and find information about.”
The academy will be held from 4:30-8pm and is open to anyone in the community. There will be a number of topics being discussed in sessions, one of which will be a re-cap of their midmester project…
“One of the popular session last time we had was our Midmester class cause that’s where we kinda informed parents and community members what we were doing. Well, this time, we’re going to have another one, but it’s going to be students kinda talking about what they learned, projects they created. So it will be an opportunity to actually see some of the things they did during Midmester.”
That is the second Parent Community Academy, Monday night, from 4:30-8pm at the JCC Middle school. The academy is open to the public and free to attend.
