Jackson woman injured in I-90 accident

A Jackson woman was injured in a one vehicle rollover accident near Blue Earth last (Tuesday) night.

The Minnesota State Patrol reports that shortly after 7:30pm, 42 year-old Stasha Benjamin of Jackson was driving a 2002 Ford Ranger westbound on Interstate 90, west of Highway 169 when she lost control, crossed the median and rolled multiply times before coming to rest in the eastbound ditch.

Benjamin was transported to a Blue Earth Hospital with what was believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

The Blue Earth Police Department, Fairbault County Sheriff’s Office and Blue Earth Ambulance assisted at the scene.
