MBA requests no games before May 1
GRANITE FALLS - The Minnesota Baseball Association has requested that member teams not schedule games before May 1.
MBA President John Richter, on behalf of the Board of Directors, said that a board meeting is scheduled for April 18, where there could be additional information and direction.
Richter said in a statement that the group's objective is to not to cancel that season, but in worst case scenario postpone it to a date that would be permissible in accordance with our governmental and regulatory agencies.
The MBA will continue to monitor the situation and release updates as necessary.
