Aggen named assistant softball coach at USF
SIOUX FALLS - Chris Aggen, a former coach at Jackson County Central, has been named an assistant women's softball coach for the University of Sioux Falls.
The announcement was made by USF head coach Shannon Pivovar. He began his duties at USF Wednesday.
Aggen will assist Pivovar with day-to-day operations and functions of the Cougars' softball program both on and off the field.
He was head girls basketball coach at Jackson County Central from 2014-2019 and was also an assistant track and field coach for several years. Aggen was also an assistant women's basketball coach at USF from 2012-14.
His wife, Michelle, is an assistant volleyball coach at Augustana University. They live in Sioux Falls with their son, Caffrey.
