A Celebration of Life Service to honor the life and legacy of Loren Burmeister, age 64, of rural Windom will be held Friday, August 9th at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in rural Lakefield with Pastor Dale Hedstrom officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery in rural Lakefield.

 

A time of visitation and gathering will be held on Thursday, August 8^th from 5:00-7:30 p.m. at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in rural Lakefield. Visitation will continue Friday at the church for one hour prior to the service. The service will be livestreamed on the St. Peter Lutheran Church Facebook page.

 

Loren Burmeister passed away peacefully on August 5, 2024, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
