Crash In Goodhue County Injures Fairmont Native

(Cherry Grove Township)- A crash on Tuesday in Goodhue County injured one from Fairmont. The Minnesota State Patrol responded to the crash at 5:37 am when a 2011 Lincoln MKX, driven by Kristen Allison Steuber, age 22 of Fairmont, was eastbound on Highway 60 when it went off the road and crashed near 60th Avenue.

The road was reportedly wet at the time of the crash, and Steuber received some non-life threatening injuries as a result of the crash. She was taken to the District One Hospital in Faribault, and it’s unknown if she had a seatbelt on at the time of the crash. 

The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Kenyon Fire Department and Zumbrota Ambulance all assisted at the scene.
