The State volleyball tournament concluded over the weekend. Congratulations to Russell Tyler Ruthton on winning the Class A championship. They defeated Mayer Lutheran 3 games to 1. Redwood Valley made it to the tournament in Class AA but lost their first round to eventual champion Pequot lakes. They dropped down to the Consolation bracket where they defeated Concordia Academy. They then lost the consolation championship to Annandale in a hard fought 3 game to 2 loss. Marshall once again took the AAA title with a 3 to 0 win over Delano. Wayzata is your AAAA champion with a 3 to 0 win over New Prague.
