The Martin County West boys basketball team lost a fifth straight game on Tuesday night. 

The Mavericks dropped the road game 67-27 against Minnesota Valley Lutheran in New Ulm. Lixon Forsberg led MCW with eight points. 

The 1-10 Mavs have lost five straight with a visit to Madelia up next on Friday.
