The Martin County West girls basketball team routed winless Madelia at home on Friday. 

The Mavericks rolled 72-28 over the Blackhawks. 

Emily Schettler posted a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds. Maddie Carlson led MCW with 14 points to go with nine rebounds and four steals. Bailey Larson scored 10 points to put three Mavs in double figures. 

Courtney Anderson had six points and five steals. Ivy Olson had six points and eight rebounds. Ida Rohman scored eight points, Addy Wohlhuter added seven points, and Mirta Gracia had five points. Stella Rohman and Emma Geldert each scored two points. 

The 6-5 Mavericks visit Sleepy Eye on Monday.
