Michael “Buddy” Kofoid captured the $250,000 High Bank Nationals title in the 40-lap main event on Saturday night at Huset’s Speedway. 

Kofoid’s winnings for the four nights of racing at Huset’s Speedway this week were $362,000 with another win on Wednesday night and podium finish every night. 

Friday night preliminary winner Bill Balog came home second place after holding off third-place finisher Sheldon Haudenschild. Garet Williamson took fourth place and Logan Schuchart got fifth place. 

Huset’s Speedway will take the next two weekends off before roaring back to life on July 13 for Hall of Fame Night with all three regular classes in action.
