Huskies Welcome Pipestone to Begin Home Slates

The Jackson County Central basketball teams welcome Pipestone Area for the first doubleheader of the season on Tuesday night.
The JCC girls are looking to break into the win column during their home opener.
Huskies head coach Rafe York says there are plenty of challenges so far this year.
The 0-2 Huskies lost on the road against New Ulm and Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial so far. The 2-0 Arrows have wins over Montevideo and Adrian/Ellsworth.
Both of the boys squads are tipping off the season in Jackson on Tuesday night.
Huskies head coach Alex Hein says he mainly wants his guys to play hard.
JCC is looking to return to the State Tournament for the second time in three years after narrowly losing a thriller in the section title game last year. Pipestone is looking to improve upon last year’s first-round postseason exit.
