Huskies Pull Away From Eagles in Home Return

The Jackson County Central boys basketball team beat New Ulm on Thursday night during their first home game in over a month.
The Huskies led 40-37 at halftime and pulled away to the 80-67 win over the Eagles.
Roman Voss led JCC with 24 points to go with three assists, seven rebounds, and three steals. Blaise Rowe scored 13 points and grabbed a team-high five steals. Weston Rowe posted a near double-double of 11 rebounds and nine points. Sullivan Hall scored 10 points and had five boards.
Ben Gallagher scored seven points and co-led the team with three assists. Mason Foster scored six points, Carter Buhl added five points, Michael Riepke put in four points, and Ashton Singvongsa had two points.
The 8-4 Huskies will look for a third straight win when they visit Montevideo for a section title rematch on Saturday.
