The Jackson County Central baseball team welcomes Luverne to Wacker Field on Tuesday.

The Huskies are 1-2 on the young season after Friday night’s loss where Maple River scored seven runs in the sixth inning to overcome JCC.

The 4-2 Cardinals are also looking to bounce back after losing back-to-back games. The only common opponent for these two teams is Blue Earth Area and both of them routed the Buccaneers.

Luverne has taken the last seven games in the series with JCC including playoff matchups in two of the past three seasons.
