Bezdicek Promoted to MSU Volleyball Associate Head Coach

Jackson native Megan Bezdicek is being elevated to Associate Head Coach as part of three assistant coaches announced by Minnesota State on Monday.
MSU is promoting her to the new position with a new, two-year contract.
Bezdicek joined the Maverick volleyball coaching staff as a volunteer assistant in 2021 and became an assistant coach in 2022.
During her three seasons as an assistant coach the Mavericks have won 38 matches, including 24 wins in NSIC action. Last season, the Mavericks boasted an 18-9 record as they advanced to the first round of the NSIC Tournament behind a 10-8 NSIC record. Three Mavericks have received All-NSIC honors during her time with the Purple and Gold.
Prior to joining the MSU coaching staff, Bezdicek was an assistant coach at Spirit Lake High School and Iowa Lakes Community College.
She was a team captain while playing collegiate volleyball at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD, and a three-sport standout for Jackson County Central High School.
