Wed 7-10-2019

A two vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in Truman resulted in minor injuries to a Truman man.

The Minnesota State reports that around 1:30pm yesterday, 54 year-old Daniel Espeland of Truman was driving a 2017 Ford Flex northbound on Highway 15 and an unnamed 17-year old female was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Cruz westbound on County Road 52.  The Chevy had stopped at the intersection, then pulled out and was struck by the Ford.

Espeland was taken to a Fairmont hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office and Truman Fire and Ambulance assisted at the scene.
