In Windom, the river is at 20.17ft, following a low of 19.36ft on Friday. Flood stage in Windom is 19 ft. And in Estherville, the river is holding at 11.3 ft, after hitting 11.21 ft, last weekend. Flood stage in Estherville is 8ft.
