Wrestlers have one champ at Pizza Ranch tourney

JACKSON - Host Jackson County Central had one champion among seven place winners at the Pizza Ranch Invitational wrestling tournament Saturday.
The Huskies placed fifth in the 17-team event.
Windom/Mountain Lake edged Minneota 153.5-152.5 for the title. Worthington was third (135.5), followed by Harrisburg (132.5) and JCC (120).
Payton Handevidt went 4-0 to win the 120-pound title.
He won four matches by falls before winning a 7-2 decision over Sioux City East's Sean Heeney in the finals. Handevidt is 5-0 on the season.
Matthew Mohning (4-1) placed third at 126.
Jackson County Central had four wrestlers finish fourth, Logan Butzon (3-2) at 106, Cole Kapplinger (2-2) at 170, Sam Dunker (2-2) at 195 and Eli Edlin (2-2) at 220.
Lee Drahota (3-2) placed sixth at heavyweight.
The Huskies wrestle at the Spencer tournament next Saturday.
