JCC girls home two straight nights

JACKSON - The Jackson County Central girls basketball plays its final two regular-season home games the next two nights as the Huskies host Worthington Friday and St. James Area Saturday.

Both teams are 13-7 overall. The Trojans are 8-2 in the Big South Conference West Division, while JCC is 7-4.

The Huskies enter the weekend with two straight losses, falling to Pipestone and Blue Earth Area last week. Worthington has won eight in a row.

The Trojans won 71-62 when the teams played in Worthington on Dec. 19.

Friday will be Parent's Night for Jackson County Central.

On Saturday it will be Senior Night as the Huskies honor their five seniors when they host St. James Area.

The Saints defeated Mountain Lake Area on Monday to end an 11-game losing streak. They have a 2-17 record.
