JCC baseball team falls at Windom

WINDOM – The runs came in bunches as Windom beat Jackson County Central 14-4 in six innings in Big South Conference baseball Thursday at Lincoln Field.
The Eagles scored four runs in the second, five in the third, five in the fourth and one in the fifth. The Huskies scored all four of their runs in the fourth inning.
Dalton Henning had a two-run single for JCC. Zach Neal had an RBI single. Alex Bretzman also had a hit for Jackson County Central.
Andrew Hesebeck took the loss for the Huskies, with Gavin Jacobsen and Dalton Henning also pitching.
Kobe Lovell was the winning pitcher for Wimdom. He pitched four innings, allowing one hit, not walking a batter and striking out seven. He also had two hits at the platte.
Conner Redman had three hits for the Eagles.
JCC travels to Redwood Valley Tuesday.
