Eagle hockey teams to host Trojans
WINDOM – Both Windom Area hockey teams will host Worthington in Big South Conference play Thursday at Windom City Arena.
For the 5:30 p.m. girls game, the Eagles are 0-5 in conference play and 0-2 overall, while the Trojans are 1-4 and 1-3.
The Windom Area boys started practice on Nov. 12, but have yet to play a game. The Eagles had three games postponed involving schools in the state football playoffs and another called off by the weather.
Worthington is 0-3 both overall and in the conference.
Both Eagle teams host Minnesota River in a doubleheader Saturday, with the girls game at 1 p.m.
